Feedback
Feedback is information about reactions to a product.here admin can get the feedback from clients by sending feedback requests from the order section,clients given feedback will be displayed for admin in the feedback section.
  • By clicking on the “Feedback Section” it will display a feedback page.
  • In the feedback page at the top left it will display the overall average score that is the average feedback given by the client.
  • At the top it will display the number of responses, number of comments, number of visiting users and also the average time taken to serve the order will be displayed.
  • There is Today dropdown at the top by clicking on it will display 3 options Today,This Week, Over All.
  • By default it will be displaying Today's Feedback, by clicking on This Week it will be displaying this week feedback and by clicking on Over All it will be displaying the overall feedback given by the clients.
  • There are 3 types of filter at the left side of the page Score,Responses and Time.
  • In the score filter there are 4 options
  1. 1.
    All - By clicking on All it will display all the score feedback from the clients
  2. 2.
    Unsatisfied - By Clicking on the sad emoji it will display unsatisfied feedback from clients.
  3. 3.
    Neutral - By clicking on this symbol it will display the neutral feedback from clients.
  4. 4.
    Satisfied - By clicking on this emoji it will display good satisfied feedback fro clients.
  • In the Responses feedback there are 3 options.
  1. 1.
    All - by selecting All option it will display both with responses and without responses feedback from clients
  2. 2.
    With Responses - By selecting the With Responses option it will display the feedback with Responses from clients.
  3. 3.
    Without Responses - By selecting Without responses option it will display the feedback without responses from the client.
  • In the Tie filter there are two types of options.
  1. 1.
    Newest - By selecting the Newest option it will display the newly added feedback from the clients.
  2. 2.
    Oldest - By selecting the Oldest option it will display the old feedback from the clients.
  • In the feedback area there is a search bar, where admin can search for the particular feedback by client's name.
Customize Feedback:
Admin can customize a feedback page here.
Steps to customize the feedback:
  • Click on customize feedback button on top right of the page
  • Able to see feedback page
  • Click on edit icon on top right of the page
  • Able to see the edit area on the right side.
  • Admin can customize Question title,Button Title and can change the font size,style,button border and color.
  • Admin can add Emoji by activating the Background Emoji button, and can Choose Format for emoji
  • Click Save button
  • Click next button to edit the next layout
  • Admin can customize Question title, Button Title and can change the font size,style,button border and color.
  • Click save
  • Click next button to edit the next layout
  • Admin can customize Question title,Button Title and can change the font size,style,button border and color.
  • Click save.
  • All these customization will be reflected in the customer review page.
How to send Feedback Request to client :
Admin,waiter and reception can send the feedback request to the client for the completed order from the order page.
Steps to send feedback request:
  • Click on feedback button
  • Able to see the popup click yes button.
  • We are sending the feedback request to the particular client
.
  • Clients can add the feedback or they can skip.
  • Client added feedback will be reflected in the feedback section.
